VISITFLANDERS and Plant a Virtual Poppy

In advance of Remembrance Day, and just over 100 years after the outbreak of the First World War (WW1), VISITFLANDERS has launched a virtual ‘Worldwide Poppy Field‘ to honour and commemorate the millions of lives claimed by the Great War.

Our goal is to provide an online platform to help build profile for public events and announcements in the new social media age by providing posts that are easily emailed, linked to and shared on sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
